Exhibitor referral program

Invite your customers to receive a $50 discount off their Expo Hall Pass!

The Exhibitor Referral Program was created to make it easy for exhibitors to promote their presence at SupplySide East. This year, we have ensured the program is as accessible and straightforward as possible by adding it directly to our registration platform under the “Invite Customers” tab. In the platform, you are able to invite your customers to the show for $50 off an Expo Hall Pass in one of three ways:

The $50 discount off Expo Hall Pass registration is meant to be used for an exhibitor's industry prospects. This discount is valid for Expo Hall Passes for Manufacturers, Distributors, Retailers, Health Practitioners, Food Services and Investors. The $50 discount is NOT valid on existing registrations. No refunds are issued for pre-existing registrations.

How do I access the Exhibitor Referral Dashboard?

To view your Exhibitor Referral Dashboard

    1. Log in to your Exhibitor Hub

    2. Click on the "Get Badges" link under "Tasks" (see below)

    3. In the left panel, navigate to the "Exhibitor Referral Program" button (see below)

    4. To access your complimentary marketing materials including a customized landing page, email, social post, and email signature, click the “Complimentary marketing campaigns” button. You will then see further instruction on how to share each asset with your audience.

What is the exhibitor referral program?

The Exhibitor Referral Program was created to make it easy for exhibitors to promote their presence at SupplySide Connect New Jersey through the use of custom links, promo codes, and complimentary marketing campaigns. Go to the SupplySide Connect New Jersey Exhibitor Registration Platform found in the Exhibitor Hub to access your Exhibitor Referral Dashboard in the "Invite Customers" tab.

Exhibitors may invite their prospects and customers who fall under our Manufacturer badge types (view Approved Business Categories). The $50 discount off an Expo Hall Pass is valid both days of the expo. Offer applies to new registrations only. No refunds are issued for pre-existing registrations.

There is no limit to how many people you can invite through the Exhibitor Referral Program. 

To view your promo code, visit the SupplySide Connect New Jersey Exhibitor Registration Platform and navigate to the “Invite Customers” tab. Select “distribute your promo code” and you will find the tools to distribute your code.

There is no deadline for sending out the invitation. You may send out your codes all the way up until the show, but be aware that your customers will still have to go through a qualification process. 

All attendees are required to go through the registration process even if they are attending the event at a discounted price. Your customers and prospects must complete the registration so that we can compile their data and review their business proof to confirm their specific involvement in the industry.

Yes. All registrants must go through a qualification process by providing a proof of business before they are approved to attend the show.
