Registration
SupplySide Connect New Jersey is a trade show and is not open to the general public. For information on who is eligible and what business proof is acceptable please review the approved business categories defined.

To ensure your early commitment is hassle-free, all attendees taking advantage of Early Bird registration will receive a 100% refund if for any reason you need to cancel, no questions asked. All cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to supplyside.connectnj@informa.com. 100% refunds are applicable for those who register on or before January 27, 2026. Registrations cancelled after January 27 will incur a $35 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after April 14, 2026.
No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the show floor without direct adult supervision at all times. There must be one accompanying adult 18 years of age or older per child. No strollers are allowed on the show floor at any time. At no time are persons under the age of 18 allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out – even if supervised. This policy is strictly enforced.
All children, regardless of age, require a badge and the completion of a waiver form. If not pre-registered, they must register onsite. Children are not charged a registration fee. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend sessions in classrooms. This can be disruptive to other attendees, the speaker(s) and the recording of the class.

- April 14, 2026 | 8am-4pm
- April 15, 2026 | 8:30am-3:30pm

In a continual effort to improve both attendee and exhibitor experiences, as well a global focus on health and security, we want to ensure all attendee badges match their actual role within the industry.
If you have attended our event or have pre-qualified for our event in the past, you may be able to bypass much of the registration process. Within the attendee registration link, you can search by using your first name, last name and email address. If you are unsure of your credentials, please select skip to start a new registration.

Educational sessions
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend sessions in classrooms. This can be disruptive to other attendees, the speaker(s) and the recording of the class.
Yes, all educational sessions, whether paid or complimentary, will be available on-demand through the event platform and mobile app for six weeks after the show. Access is granted only if you are logged in.

Please be reminded that onPeak is the only hotel provider endorsed by SupplySide. If you are contacted by other third-party companies via email or phone offering hotel assistance, please be aware they are not endorsed by our event. Entering into financial agreements with these companies can have costly consequences and is not protected by event management.
To request a visa letter, you must first register, or have your company's primary contact register you, to exhibit at SupplySide Connect New Jersey. During your registration you can request a visa letter that, upon registration approval, will be available for download in your registration dashboard. If you have any questions regarding your visa letter, you can contact customer service.
Please note: Your registered name will need to be the same as your passport name for badge pickup and if you require a visa letter.
Expo Hall
2026 show dates are Tuesday, April 14 – Wednesday, April 15.
For safety reasons, rolling carts, rolling bags, strollers and bags with wheels are not permitted on the show floor during show hours.
Bag and coat check will take place outside the main entrance of the Meadowlands Exposition Center at the following times:
- April 14, 2026 | 9:30am-4:30pm
- April 15, 2026 | 9:30am-4pm
Yes! After the show the education sessions will be available on demand.
Mobile app
The SupplySide Connect New Jersey and mobile app will soon be available to download. We encourage attendees to download the mobile app to view the floor plan, check out the exhibitor list, participate in matchmaking, and plan their schedule while preparing for the show.
