Attendee mobile app FAQs
While you can view the schedule, floor plan and exhibitor list without logging in, you will need to log in to make connections, add sessions and events to your schedule and save items to "My event."
If you are a first-time user, please enter the email address you used for your show registration and select "receive magic link." You will then receive an email with a link to create a password and access your account.
For returning users, enter the email used for show registration, then enter your password or choose "Email me a one-time code" to log in.
Once logged in, you can upload a profile image, add a profile description, upload social media links, edit your contact details and manage your connections, all within the “My Profile” button located in the bottom right of your mobile app. However, most importantly, you can find exhibitors to network with through the search function or automatic recommendations function.
How to bookmark exhibitors
- Navigate to the Exhibitor list in the mobile app
- View all exhibitors or use the search box
- Click on the bookmark icon next to the exhibitor’s name to mark
- Once marked the exhibitor will appear at the top of the exhibitor list
